You can join by downloading a membership form or alternatively a form can be collected from the Smalley Post Office (to be confirmed for 2009) or the flower shop in Horsley Woodhouse.

Court priorities
Book on-line using the Calendar.

Court use is prioritised as follows:

 Adults: After 6:30pm during the week and after 2pm at the weekend;
 Juniors: Weekdays up to 6:30pm and weekends up to 2pm

Court Bookings

• Please only book up to two sessions in advance.
• Members may use courts without booking but will need to leave when requested by a member who has booked.
• Booked court time is restricted to 1 session of up to 90 minutes per day per court.
• Both courts may be booked at the same time if preferred.

Membership

• Court membership allows the use of one court by either the primary and/or additional members. 
• Depending on memberhip purchased, members may use one or two courts (as appropriate to membership category) when they are not booked out to another member.
• Visitors are welcome to play as long as a member is present for the duration of play.

When you become a member you will be allocated a key to the tennis courts. There is no requirement to reserve a court using the calendar, however if another member has booked a court using the calendar then they will take priority, for more details see the club rules page.

Child Protection

We take protection of our children very seriously and have a registered Child Protection Officer with the club. This document explains our committment to child protection.
